Shipping & Payment Instructions


Any damages/losses due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer does not hold the company responsible for related mishaps. However, we will do our best to ensure that your product reaches the right address as per a convenient timeline.

Since different countries use different plugs, we are unable to provide the correct wire chord for every country. So our machines will be shipped without any wirechord. However, sufficient wire will be provided from the machine, to which you can connect your electrician suggested wirechord as per the current requirements.

Please use the products as per the instructions in the manual provided with it. Any external damages need to be reported at time of delivery. Internal damages, if any, have to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

We ship the products from our factory all the time. We can ship them both in courier mode through couriers like DHL, TNT, FedEx Etc. and also in cargo mode in either CIF or FOB Terms. All our CIF Shipments will be insured by default.


We accept only International wire transfers to our bank account, the details of which will be shared over email once order is confirmed. The SWIFT Instruction to be used for wire transfers is "OUR", which means charges levied by your bank and intermediary bank are borne by you.

The products will be despatched only after credit of complete shipment amount. The company will not be responsible for any delay in despatch of goods because of in-sufficient funds transfer. The payment received through any other medium other than international wire transfers will be refunded only after deduction of processing fee. So we request the buyers to use only international wire transfers as a method of payment.

In case of mis-match between the name of remitter and billing name, soft copy of a letter has to be produced by the buyer (in the letter head in case of a company), duly sealed and signed, the format of which can be downloaded by clicking here.
